Results of the Monday and Thursday duplicate sessions can be found by clicking the relevant date.

Designed for Inga & Neil's bridge students, these friendly duplicate play sessions at Newburn Leisure Centre are available to any inexperienced players who use 'Acol' or Standard English bidding systems.


• Boards are computer dealt courtesy of Dave Dansie

• Players can ask for assistance with bidding or play.

• Partners can be arranged.

• Weekly results, ARE EMAILED to you if Inga has your address

• Hand copies are posted with the results.. .

• Table money £3

• Tea or coffee available - but please bring your own cup

Many of our students play at duplicate bridge clubs and don't win.
They play for the fun/challenge of Bridge in a social setting.
Playing against better players is the best way to improve your game and of course to meet a wider circle of friends!

Have you ever thought of actually PLAYING in an NEBA club?
IF NOT - WHY NOT ? Bridge is just a game of cards with people
of varying abilities, many of whom will become your good friends.

Play begins at 1 pm
but please be seated by 12..55 pm at the latest.

We usually play about 12 boards using a
Mitchell movement
Inga emails the results to you and Neil posts from both sessions by 12 noon on the following day.
